Bad customer support

I’ve bought from them a few times it was good service but this last time I bought , I bought a few expensive items order came a month late had to pay courier twice Customer support was terrible with slow replies , all courier fees were on me even though it was not my fault or problem,then received a faulty item in the second batch on deliveries thereafter communicated and was told to send it back with courier fees that had to be paid by me , didn’t know how to send it back and now when communicating about it they won’t refund or exchange and just sitting with my money while I sit with a faulty item Will never be supporting this business again. They say no refunds but aren’t willing to compensate for their lack of quality checks
