Placed an order via WhatsApp on the 22 July 2025 and paid same day to their FNB acc, until today I have not received anything, their delivery is 1-3 days. When I follow up they don't want to say when I will receive it and now they ignore me on WhatsApp and when calling. These are ****mers!!! 😡🤬😡

Lack of communication - Bad service
I made a purchase on Thursday 19 June. The purchase was confirmed, however there were no courier details confirmed. To date, I have been making follow ups on email and WhatsApp with no responses. Its over a month and never recieved any of my items or even a email back Very disappointing!

I made a purchase on Thursday 19 June. The purchase was confirmed, however there were no courier details confirmed. To date, I have been making follow ups on email and WhatsApp with no responses. Its over a month and never recieved any of my items or even a email back Very disappointing!

Important to note, this company responds promptly to pre purchase queries as compared to when they have already received your money. Very disappointing!

I have always appreciated the quality of the clothing from this company but customer service wise they are truly lacking😕
