Account locked by Betway

Hello I have an issue with Betway the locked my account whiles trying to withdraw ,now they request a document that is not available for prepiad users , they need proof that Im the owner of the number that Im using of which it mine 😞, I provided that number accordance with my ID photo and a selfie of me holding my ID , this is a way of not allowing us to withdraw our cash we won ,because I have money I won in my account now I'm blocked
