We have been with mega fiber for over 2 years. Never had any issues, until now. We have move to a new property. We contacted them for a quotation to install at the new adress. The quotation was reasonable and we gave go a head. How ever the install was done sloppy and in the process the front porch roof was broken. (It collapsed when the technician decided to stand on the roof with out checking if it will hold weight). We have sent videos and email regarding the damage and the sloppy work. To no avail. Initially our emails was recieved and we were told that it will be taken up with management. We told them we will not pay for the install unless it is done correctly. Now our wifi has been cut until payment for the install is done. And all they are saying is we were quoted for above ground install (over our drive way and garage while there is a start point on the other side of the yard where a previous install was done) and that they will not be held accountable for damages to the property. I am shocked and disappointed that this is how we are treated as existing customers. And the blatant disregard for damages. I will not advise people to approach them for fiber as they only want your money and not take accountability for their technicians mistakes. They will blame you.
