Only giving one star because 0 stars wasn't an option

The single worst experience I've ever had with online shopping. Their website is awful, no order ID or confirmation email that you bought something. They say your order will be ready in a day, it's been a week and I have heard nothing from them despite 2 follow up emails. Ordering something from them is like throwing your money in a hole and hoping something grows out of it. Awful!!
