I am extremely dissatisfied with the treatment I have received from AFCHO Property Management. My electricity and lights have been switched off despite payment being made, and I have proof of payment available. This ongoing behavior of cutting off tenants’ electricity and locking people out feels abusive, ********, and completely unacceptable. Tenants cannot simply be deprived of basic services or locked out without following proper legal procedures and obtaining a court order. This conduct goes against tenants’ rights and creates unnecessary emotional and financial stress. I have reached a point where I no longer feel safe or respected as a tenant under AFCHO Property Management. Due to this continued mistreatment, I will now be escalating this matter to the Rental Housing Tribunal for further investigation and intervention. I hope AFCHO begins treating tenants fairly, professionally, and within the law because no tenant deserves to be treated this way. I cannot wait to move out of this sh*t hole of a place
This is by far the worst rental company in one month my electricity has been switched off twice them claiming that my rent has not been paid I have the proof of payment and my bank statements to prove yet I woke up this morning to my lights switched off AFCHO is used to tenants that don’t know they rental rights I will be taking this up with the rental tribunal and submitting my notice because this is nonsense🚮
