I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding the unacceptable service I received from Eagle Liner. Firstly, the bus I was booked on arrived approximately 6 hours late. This caused major inconvenience, unnecessary stress, exhaustion, and completely disrupted my travel plans. What makes this even more upsetting is the complete lack of proper communication and accountability during the delay. Passengers were left waiting for hours without clear updates or any meaningful assistance. Secondly, I have been trying to get my refund processed since 10 April, and to this day I am still struggling to receive my money. I have followed up repeatedly and have been patient for far longer than I should have had to be. It is honestly shocking that customers are expected to chase after money that is rightfully owed to them. The level of service I have experienced from Eagle Liner has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. No customer should have to endure a 6-hour delay and then still fight for over a month to receive a refund. I would like immediate feedback regarding: 1. The status of my refund. 2. Why there has been such an unreasonable delay in processing it. 3. What Eagle Liner intends to do to resolve this matter urgently.
