Poor work ethic of Germiston Energy Technicians in resolving faults but report them resolved.
Faults reported iro Germiston Technicians are not attended to within set time lines of 48hrs; when you follow up for escalation; you are promised they will attend asap but i have called daily for 14 days since 29 April. I have a low voltage causing electric shocks on showers and taps, my fridge has been off for 2 weeks; flickering lights when you plugg in appliances i.e. kettle or turn on stove. The poor work ethic of closing unattended issues as resolved. No accountability for technicians. Service not delivered but payroll runs and electricity bills are escalated.0 replies
