I have a KIC fridge to be returned and refunded. The fridge has a year warranty remaining but the door is a problem and I contacted KiC directly to sort this out. On inspection, the technician advised that the fridge needs to be exchanged or refunded. KIC sent me the invoice that they credited the store the full amount and that the store can refund my money as I'm not happy with other options in store. There has been no contact whatsoever to pick up the fridge and return my money from the store. When it came to purchasing the item then delivery was arranged very quickly but to pick up and refund the fridge then I have to wait for a regional manager and so on to authorise it. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting. Absolutely terrible customer service and wouldn't recommend a transaction with this store in future. They have been reimbursed by the supplier and ignored my request to return my money!!! This is the store in Shallcross...
