First of all I must say I quite impressed with two agents from the customer care email team especially the one that responded to me on talktous.something they made me understand and made me feel more like a person then a complaint. I MUST SAY OUT OF ALL THE REMARKS AND BAD CRITICISM I EXPERIENCED I must say I am actually disappointed in the public to notice the customer cares hard work. SO I want to say thank you to mogamat and taken for all their hard work and dedication. YOU HAVE MY FULL SUPPORT.
