Charging monthly fees and a CANCELLATION FEE for ****** bikes they failed to recover
I am writing this out of sheer frustration with the ********* billing practices of TRACKNECTICS . My bikes were unfortunately ******. Not only did this company fail to track and recover my property, but they also refuse to stop their monthly debit orders. They are continuing to deduct monthly fees from my bank account to track items that do not even exist anymore.To make matters worse, when I tried to cancel this service, they demanded a ridiculous cancellation fee! Expecting a customer to pay a penalty to cancel a contract for an asset that was ****** on your watch is completely unacceptable.I have tried resolving this, but the unfair deductions just keep going through.I demand that my account is closed, the cancellation fee is waived, the debit orders are stopped immediately, and all fees deducted since the theft are refunded0 replies
