Bad service from this site

I'm not happy with their service. Their plan is to ******* people from their hard earned money. There is no self exclusion option on their app which means u can't exclude your self even if you want a break from gambling. Tried live chat but the chat bot keeps on saying ita can't assist then gives me an email which I did send a message to so they can help me close my account. They all have been so useless for 3 months I have been trying to close that account without success. Their agents are useless. I'm not happy with this site and would never recommend it to anyone else because they are ****ers
