Missing R500 Deposit & Poor Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Scorebet regarding a missing R500 deposit. The money was deducted successfully from my bank account on 21 May 2026, yet it has still not reflected in my betting account. Since then, I have been repeatedly contacting support, sending proof of payment, and following every instruction given to me. What is frustrating is that support keeps responding without actually resolving the issue. I am constantly being asked for the same information while no real progress is being made. At this point, it feels like I am being ignored and sent in circles over my own money. This level of customer service is unacceptable. A customer should not have to continuously beg for assistance after already providing proof that payment was made successfully. I urgently request that Scorebet either: * reflect the R500 into my account immediately, or * refund the money back into my bank account without further delays. I expect this matter to be resolved urgently.

Bad service from this site
I'm not happy with their service. Their plan is to ******* people from their hard earned money. There is no self exclusion option on their app which means u can't exclude your self even if you want a break from gambling. Tried live chat but the chat bot keeps on saying ita can't assist then gives me an email which I did send a message to so they can help me close my account. They all have been so useless for 3 months I have been trying to close that account without success. Their agents are useless. I'm not happy with this site and would never recommend it to anyone else because they are ****ers

WE HAVE BEEN BATTELING FROM SATURDAY TO GET OUR WINNINGS FROM SCOREBET CASINO. WE SPEAK TO THE BOT ON THE PLATFORM AND SHE CAN'T ASSIST US, AO SHE GIVES US AN EMAIL ADDRRESS TO SPEAK TO A CONSULTANT. Why are you promising us deposit bonus and then not give it , I made my 1st deposit but there's no bonus, I tried to ask on chat and I was told to email of which there's no response to emails at all. I am even worried if I will be paid my winning that I made a withdrawal for. stop ****ming people with your deposit bonus that's clearly not there.

Scorebet is absolutely terrible I urge you if you have an account close it and DO NOT USE THIS SITE It’s completely rigged they manipulate the system either they will time you out and reload and your game glitches all the time I don’t recommend anyone using this site anymore
