WHEN WE SEND AN EMAIL THE CONSULTANTS DO NOT REPLY TO ANY OF OUR MAILS. WE SEND NUMEROUS EMAILS EACH DAY WITH NO ANSWER. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND FRUSTRATING.
Dear Sir On 7 May 2023 i purchased an air rifle wich i saw advertised online by blades and triggers. This is my second expensive toy from clearwater blades and triggers, but nothing as pleasant as the first one. The rifle advertised with pictures shows the rifle with adjustable power settings, moderator, 2 slots in the stock for extra magazine's, a sling and a hard carry case. I also purchased a telescope with the said rifle. After unpacking i found that there's no adjustable powersettings, no sling no hard carrycase and the rifle is not the model advertised. The telescope has no instruction manual and i cant find any help or instructions for the said scope online. I Forwarded two emails, one for blades and triggers head office and one for clearwater mall blades and triggers. On tuesday tje 9th I received an email from headoffice, apologies and stories. On wednesday 20 May, the guy who helped me at the store, saing they acknowledge the problem someone will get back to me. The following day i phoned them, got no answer, the returned the call promising to get back to me. Until now nobody had the decency to take care of this problem, therefore i am hoping for results soon. Kind Regards J. Dreyer
I bought a return ticket on Monday 4 April 2022 online with computicket for friday 8 April to Louis Trichardt. On Wednesday I received a call, informing me that the bus I'm supposed to take back the following Thursday, has been cancelled, and I have to go to translux office for a full refund. Needless to say how disappointed I was for translux cancelling my holiday. Now we have endless problems getting my money back. Arriving at the translux office, they say they know nothing about my refund, and they know nothing about any cancelled trip. Just goes to show why they have such a low rating.
I'm having difficulty getting my money back from Standard Bank after attempting to draw money from the ATM. Because of loadshedding my transaction was cancelled but I did not receive the money. I went to the local branch in Randfontein where I was assured it will be resolved. nearly one week later, I still have not received the call I was promised. Is this the type of service you actually offer?
