Why does hollywoodbets offer us birthday bonuses and when we have followed all the requirements fail to give the bonuses ? The rule is i should have been depositing 3 months prior to my birthday and I am an active depositor. Then 2nd rule is I should make a deposit of 100rands or more after the birthday and I have deposited i think R270 since my birthday on the 19th August. Yet no R50 was credited to my account. I had to even ask one of their consultants who just told me if I meet the requirements I will be credited. But my issue is but I do meet the requirements so why ammi not credited the bonus. Why offer false hope to your loyal supporters.
Silversandcasino is avoiding paying me my winnings that I won fair and square from their casino. There's a slot tournament which I played and won R200. Then I used that R200 to continue playing to have kore money, to my luck I won R600 plus from their Lobgy jackpot. I continued playing for more money, then I decided to withdraw R850 since I was not winning anymore. Then they send me an email declining payment of the withdrawal of those winnings claiming I used multiple bonuses. And I did not use any bonus coupon of sort , I won from a tournament and from lobby jackpot , also why would they let us play tournaments and there's many of them and we can play all of them, if upon winning they will refuse withdrawal? That is misleading , also their lobby jackpot, why let us win it if it's a free bonus . It doesn't makes any sense
So I am shocked beyond measure. So i did a withdrawal today at WSB , I chose a different bank for the withdrawal, so I then tried to contact them to see if I need to upload a new bank statement. Guess what they tell me, my bank details and my surname on the WSB account do not correspond. They tell me the bank details show Shamane instead of Shamase. Now I am lost because why don't they just ask for my bank statement and have proof. I don't know whose banking details are Shamane. My bank has my proper surname. Honestly I feel this is a way to avoid paying me my winnings. I have been using the same bank fine with other sites and getting paid without hassles. Now I feel I am dealing with ****** . Also I spoke to a Lerato T who transferred me to someone who just cut me off. I am not impressed.
I just got ****med or ****** whatever it is. Yesterday 23May after 1pm I did a 1For you voucher withdrawal of a mere R50. Then unusual thing happened, I didn't the the voucher after an 1 or even 30 minutes like it always happens. I even decided to ask on their chat and they told me about 24 hours . Fine I accepted that but did find it strange because usually all withdrawals I have made never took that long. Well this morning around 8 am I get a notification for my 1 for you voucher. Next thing when I load it it says invalid. Strange things also happened at that same time on my account. I see 5 to 6 notifications of people I do not know on my own account, I even took screenshot. Then I called Betway and I spoke to a guy Ashton from their call center. Ashton apologize about the notifications and tells me they are a marketing error and I should not click anything or do anything.i told him but why such an error it's alarming and I feel I should have been told and warned as a customer. Ohkay he apologizes and I accept. Then with regards to my voucher he tells me I have to only use the voucher on the 1foryou app for it to work. I tell him but I have used a voucher before from betway and loaded it on betway and it worked ...again that was strange to me.then I told him fine I will go to the 1foryou app which I did and then the app tells me the voucher has already been used. I have a screenshot too. I go back and call betway, luckily I find Ashton again. He then tells me his superior told him I should call 1foryou app to query about the voucher. That's where I started getting angry. I now had to call 1foryou app for a voucher I got from betway. I even asked him why don't they call 1foryou, he told me they can't. I asked him and then what if 1foryou tells me my voucher was used, he said if it was used on betway then they will investigate and it will mean my account was compromised .I am so angry because why would my account be compromised on the Day that Betway send me error messages on my account? Why does it have to be me calling 1foryou about a voucher that was sent to me by Betway,and sadly 1for you specifically says if you have a problem with loading a voucher with their partner compa,you should contact them directly. So now what, I should just accept losing my R50 voucher so easily. I find it highly suspicious and *****ulent on Betway to do this to me. I want my voucher.
Their website says EFT withdrawals less than R1000 are processed instantly. However I did a withdrawal of R250 yesterday at 7. I still have jot received the funds. I guess they just wrote the instant processing to lure people to play and then have to wait forever for their payout.

I think FNB consultant in Malelane take me for a fool now. Okay last year November one of them told me I had a black Friday offer of 100 gig for 59 rands. She made me join and I did. However it was for just 1 guy and only 5 additional gig every month. I went to her and asked she told me no I must wait they will give me my 100 gig after some time. I still never got it. I called fnb connect to complain they told me there was never suckan offer. Okay fine today I went to FNB because I lost my Sim card and i got another consultant, who also told me but I have 100 gig offer for 59, I told her bit I never got that deal initially I had agreed to it and she said no but it's here she Even showed me, so I again believed her , she Even told I have the offer because I have an overdraft facility. So I said Okay, she then told me I have to cancel the offer I have already for the number I had lost. We call fnb connect and I canceled my old number instead of a Sim swap, and that meant I lose the data already allocated and debited for this month. So she then gave me a new Sim card , and loaded a new contract. But then again I got debited and only to get 1 gig. I asked her and she said she doesn't know what's wrong with fnb connect because they make her a ****. And I could tell she **** to me again. I asked her so when am I gonna get my 100 gig. She said I must wait ,I said I want to call them she said no need they will add it. I knew she was lying. I can go back and get their names . I regret putting my money on this site. And unfortunately I won instantly over 1000. I made a withdrawal and their own system allowed me to key in a different bank account if I wanted. Also their system it's poor , why do t they automatically have the bank account I initially submitted to them when I do withdrawals it doesn't appear like on betway , I have to reload the account details. That's not all, then I discover they pay funds within 48 hours, and then their AI robot told me , my number and bank statement better be recent, what the he'll is that about. Especially the bank statement part, I checked and I did submit bank statement last year when I joined but now that I made a withdrawal I'm told my bank statement should be recent. So I had to then upload the bank statement, to which I can just tell it will take 48 years then to be verified because everything is slow with them, I wanted to speak to a consultant online I waited forever. I'm so disappointed and i can just tell it will be a struggle getting my winnings . I hate incompetency with a passion
I am very disappointed with DSTV and just as I knew they did exactly what I told them not to do. I got a call from a Lebo Khoza from their dstv insurance about some payment plan when I am dead. After her reading for me the terms and conditions I specifically told her I do not want the payment plan insurance . She even called me several times after that trying to convince me and I didn't pick up anymore because she just could not take No. Now when I check my dstv bill breakdown I find that R69 is added to my bill for next month for the Pay,ent plan insurance I specifically said NO to. I want it removed because I did not agree or say Yes to it. Just because I am paying via debit order doesn't mean dstv can do as they please to my account, by adding things I do not want . I want it canceled and I want that Lebo girl told No means No. Otherwise I will cancel the entire dstv package I have. It's irritating having to always complain about simple things. It's annoying that dstv always tried to rob us of money . I hate the fact that this is morethan the 4th time I complain about dstv.
I'm so disappointed with Betfred. I tried to withdraw using the Shoprite money market. Only to be sent smses with no numbers and pin to withdraw the money or voucher. All I received was to download shoprite app or WhatsApp or dial 1205434 which all the options required me to register and even upon registering there was no money or voucher I withdrew in the app . The people I spoke to using shoprite WhatsApp and App didn't assist me at all. They told me to visit Shoprite . How will I be assisted with the useless smses I got. I though shoprite money market vouchers meant me getting a voucher with a pin to go withdraw the money. What a disappointing experience from betfred.
