We took a washing machine from Lephalale branch, and paid deposit as agreed. However I missed the first installment and arranged to pay later, and when I made contacts with the store on the 17th, the store says I should pay double the instalment, the other instalment I must pay in advance since I did not pay on time in the previous month. How, I explained that I only want to pay the previous instalment and by month end I will come to pay the current instalment, they refused and threatened to come take the machine. This store lacks professionalism, probably from the Branch to their HQ, because I call their head office, and one lady who said she was assisting she said to me, there is nothing they can do, I must go pay that double instalments. She told me how my education should work for me and Lephalale Store manager one day called me and told me she will come fetch me from work. I do not believe they NCR registered based on their staff conducts.

I bought a couch and few days later the leg of the couch got broken, I went back to the shop to report it they came to check it and said they'll come and collect it, up until now they haven't it's over a week now and the damage is getting worse. There is no communication whatsoever.

I bought a couch and few days later the leg of the couch broke and I went to the branch to report it (Thabazimbi branch) they came to check it. They haven't returned to take it and the damage is getting worser.

Insulted by furnmart bosses , I received a visit from furnmart today, I have never been embarrassed like today, unfortunately I didn't get the names but I know the faces, I go out to talk to them. They did not even greet or answer my greetings, I then asked the lady on passenger sit to come out so we can talk, but she refused, she said she is afraid of dogs, I then told her it's very hot today and you can see I have a baby on my hands, I can't stand and talk under the sun. She said she rather talk, where she is. She has this attitude of disrespect, she was loud, telling me I owe the shop, I explain that I have not been working since November, I can't even make ends meet, I am struggling. She was getting furious and shouting, telling me that I should give her money or bring out the washing machine. I told her I cannot do that. I rather wait to get money, but she was not even listening, I told her I explain to the lady who called me last week that I will find something before the 11th and pay. She told me that that person has no power over her and her boss whose on the car,I should have asked for agreement,I have not been told about that,i told her I don't have money to pay right now. She told me she will take the washing machine, I told her she cannot, then the man on the driver sit said she will show me that he will take that machine, weather I like it or not. I was angry too, and I told them my washing machine is not going anywhere.and I was being charged for insurance each month,so I will review the contract.I was paying when I can, and I know I should pay but being embarrassed and verbal insulted was not on my expectations, as if they have come to prove a point so that , my neighbors and people on the street can hear and see them, show off that I have a debt with

Wonderful in Nelspruit - my first time every buying from you guys and I have to say I had amazing service from the shop and its employees as well as the delivery. They were so helpful, fast and friendly. Found the perfect lounge suit for me, even though there was no stock at their shop, they made a plan and it was delivered in 3 days. Their driver also unwrapped and put it all together for me including installing the suits feet etc. I will always be using Furnmart going forward, I am super impressed.

Wonderful in Nelspruit - my first time every buying from you guys and I have to say I had amazing service from the shop and its employees as well as the delivery. They were so helpful, fast and friendly. Found the perfect lounge suit for me, even though there was no stock at their shop, they made a plan and it was delivered in 3 days. Their driver also unwrapped and put it all together for me including installing the suits feet etc. I will always be using Furnmart going forward, I am super impressed.

I bought the laptop 05 the 05 may 2025. On the 29 July they started to give me the problem. I returned it back . Since then they promised to see what happened with the laptop. Since they say they waiting for a technician till today. I request the refund they refused to refund me. I have send emails to head office I didn't get help also.

First, they sold me a used washing machine, now I bought a bedroom suite that is forever broken, and when they come to fix it, they come with an attitude as if i am not paying with my money i regret buying from this shop their things are not quality and their service is very bad furnmat in hammanskraal the worst

I bought a couch last year December at Lephalale store, when they delivered it they scratched it at the back and when you sit on it, it makes funny noise. I reported it they sent someone to come and inspect and told me they logged a complain so I have to wait. After a month I called the costumer care only to find out no complain was logged. They logged the complain and promised to resolve the matter. I have been calling the store manager and customer care with no luck.excuse after excuse. The store manager then told me I have been approved a new couch which they will deliver later that day Till today am still waiting for the delivery. When I call the store manager she’s always busy or promised to get back to me
