Wonderful in Nelspruit - my first time every buying from you guys and I have to say I had amazing service from the shop and its employees as well as the delivery. They were so helpful, fast and friendly. Found the perfect lounge suit for me, even though there was no stock at their shop, they made a plan and it was delivered in 3 days. Their driver also unwrapped and put it all together for me including installing the suits feet etc. I will always be using Furnmart going forward, I am super impressed.
Been with them since 2008. Yolandi helped me out now to fix an issue and I must commend her fantastic service in fixing my issue. One thing I can say is that this company is the only one where you call and they answer. No robots, no self service nonsense but an actual caring human being on the other side who knows what they are doing. Thank you for still being the same company you were since 2008. It's what I appreciate the most.
Ordered a 3 pack of braziers in June, they sent the wrong size, took a month to get a courier here to collect and now a month later I have still not been refunded for the goods they took back nor the courier costs for their error. 2 months later still no refund or even a follow up call, I'm sick of the apologies, I will never ever buy from Truworths online ever again. This was my first online purchase with them, what an utter disaster from the beginning. Save yourself the trouble and shop at places like Takealot that can actually do what they say and you get that you pay for. Feel like Truworths online are a bunch of *******. Where is my money???? You messed up my order, you got your goods back, now I am short the goods and my money... double ******* man! Order number: O320548249. I ordered goods on black friday, half my order arrived. I have escalated 3 times, offered camera footage of the courier delivering half the goods. Was promised they would be delivered or I would be refunded 3 times. Still nothing from Nov 2024 to now Feb 2025. Every month I order almost 2k of stock. Now I will move to Takealot, at least they and their couriers don't ***** from you! Makro as far as I am concerned your a bunch of organized cyber ********s. I want my money back from you lot and I will post all over the net until I get my money or my goods!
Online shop is not very updated, something was not in stock. However my refund was done very quickly. However, my compliment is towards your courier service! The delivery guy was so well mannered and friendly. What a refreshing change to most courier services. I must compliment you on him. Worst courier company I have ever dealt with. Our doctor in Lydenburg sent my mothers medicine on the 12th already, its the 19th and we still did not get it. After all my calls it was routed to Johannesburg for no reason. Then returned and apologies were made and I was guaranteed it would get priority and be delivered. Today I got an email saying it was delivered but I didn't get it. I walked my neighborhood to find it delivered 3 houses away to their domestic worker - whey the f@@@ would you ask for the persons name to whom it must be delivered - how do I know the medicine has not been tampered with now? So I paid for a delivery that I had to track down and find myself. 7 days, if my mother so much has one incident because of her medicine being delayed a week I am going to sue you courier guy - mark my words, I will sue you for every single hospital bill I get, for now I am content in posting my story on every singe media channel I can until everyone in this country knows how useless you really are. I cant even get assistance out of you or a reply, you don't even read my emails that I sent in reply to yours! Pathetic and you have proved yourself *************. I will never use you again! I must compliment your whole team on a job well done! I am very happy with both the sales consultant Ben who assisted me so quickly with my solar needs. Also to the team that installed, Andres/Jps team, absolutley the most friendly, efficient and most well mannered guys to have in your home. They were good with my elderly aunt who was at home all day with them, they were good with my animals and respectful of my home and garden. Their work is very neat and they clean up after themselves which is appreciated alot. Got my coc same day as well. Just overall nice guys all around.
Welcome to Vodacom, where we firstly try to push our loyal customers of 20 years to talk to a bot i stead of a human, at least the bot has telephone ettiquiet and manners. Horrific experience today with Vodacom. Spoke with 3 ladies, only one gave me her name it was Elizerbeth. I was calling about the **** message I got about my points balance. These woman just put the phone down while you are trying to speak with them. I am very much done with vodacom now and will be moving all my accounts to another network provider. If anyone has any good suggesions let me know. What happened to you vodacom, years ago you used to give such good service, I rated you as well as OUTsurance, now your worse then MTN! I'm totally disgusted. Your as rude as a government department in this country, no wonder your not making any money anymore, this must be why you requested we pay our December debit orders early as your undeserving staff probably demanded a Christmas bonus they do not earn.

Ordered 12x6 coke zero packs on promo (same day promo started) and 12 packs of Monster sugar free, almost all cancelled, every other email is a cancellation email due to not stock. But you dont cancel them same day or the next day you cancel it or the day its supposed to be delivered - the day of the event I needed them for. Leaving me totally unprepared and yet you have kept the money I have paid for them and I must wait another week plus for my money back for this function. Every time I order from Makro you cancel and short deliver. Im just so sick of it - will you never create a capable team to run your online platform? How many years will this take to get right? We cant trust you anymore Makro! Look at your one star rating reviews is this not enough for you to all realize that there is a big problem in this department. I mean your a massive fortune 500 company - yet you cannot get one platform right, smaller companies are running circles around you. I will take my business to the cash and carries or takealot - they are just as cheap but with the added benefit for not adverting what they dont have stock of! Catch a wake up Makro, your just another typical disappointing South African brand now! You dont even have to bother replying this or contacting me, I have lost total interest in Makro. Just refund my money let me be on my way to greener pastures.
