We took a washing machine from Lephalale branch, and paid deposit as agreed. However I missed the first installment and arranged to pay later, and when I made contacts with the store on the 17th, the store says I should pay double the instalment, the other instalment I must pay in advance since I did not pay on time in the previous month. How, I explained that I only want to pay the previous instalment and by month end I will come to pay the current instalment, they refused and threatened to come take the machine. This store lacks professionalism, probably from the Branch to their HQ, because I call their head office, and one lady who said she was assisting she said to me, there is nothing they can do, I must go pay that double instalments. She told me how my education should work for me and Lephalale Store manager one day called me and told me she will come fetch me from work. I do not believe they NCR registered based on their staff conducts.
IMAS insurance made me regret why am I using them, I bought the car with trade in, both vehicles financed by them. The bad experience came when in January they deducted more money than the had to. And spoke to the since the 23rd of January 2025 until today no refund has been made to me. Their consultants they just take you from one to the other, nothing going forward. Was even gotten angry when the next consultant laughed at me on the phone. They lack professionalism and lack of sense of urgency.
This is a bad debt collector or financial institution. They do not update consumer profile on time and their staff very unprofessional. You can call and make follow up but they can drop the call while still talking to them.
The Kiger Model is very unpeaceful. Suspension making loud sounds when you turn....One door just got broken and they refused to fix it. The model have issue and they do not even take care about what you report to them. I bought this vehicle in February 2023 at Mogol Nissan in Lephalale, they do not even record when u report. The car is poor and also the client service is very bad.
Good day, May you please explain to me how your services work because I applied for a consolidation at Lephalale office and until today I have not get any feedback on my application. And now the agent/officer are not working and when I call them they say they are on leave and no longer replying my whatsapp messages. Why do you take your stuff on leave without a support to the applications they submitted. I am really disappointed on your services and I cannot wait for the feedback in 2022 when they come back. The Head Office team they completely said they will not help me at all I must contact the branch, how do you keep referring me to the branch team that it does not have people working at this moment. This is a total disrespect to people and the worse is that my application is still the same as it was left and your stuff take a pride to say I must wait and reapply when the officers are back or must wait for the application to expire so that they can start a new application. The worse is that I have agreement letter to settle accounts, which those agreements will collapse if the due date passes. The due date for most letters is the 31 of December 2021. One of the officers also said I must wait for January the creditors will give me the same agreements. I am very disappointed in your services. Period.
Cell C, This network company have many useless delays in helping customers. I submitted a query regarding my contract billing October 2020, until today the issue is not yet resolved. I sent my phone on the 1st of February for repair claiming from their insurance, the phone has been there without being attended saying they were waiting for me to give them IMEI numbers. The worse part they did not contact me for the IMEI number they say I should have called to follow up on my claim. How the hell on earth will I know they want the IMEI number if they don't call or send me and email. Their service is so inconvenient, and very poor customer treatment.
This Bank is becoming useless and useless every time when you call in. And the stuff there have the same attitude of saying they are defending the useless behavior by the bank an their senseless protocol and procedures. How do i call in and you give me a call reference number and when i make a follow up you want to give me a new reference number. This is total rubbish and intolerable, I wish i was having their CEO to tell his people are always unsure of what to do for their client.
They just lack professionalism you call in for help and they will ask you to hold the line, and you will think is for few minutes and you will hold forever. Their team leaders are as pathetic as their behavior. I would not recommend anyone to join this medical scheme, even you try to be patient with them on the line they would not even help you after waiting, they will transfer you back to the reception.
