I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Scorebet regarding a missing R500 deposit.
The money was deducted successfully from my bank account on 21 May 2026, yet it has still not reflected in my betting account. Since then, I have been repeatedly contacting support, sending proof of payment, and following every instruction given to me.
What is frustrating is that support keeps responding without actually resolving the issue. I am constantly being asked for the same information while no real progress is being made. At this point, it feels like I am being ignored and sent in circles over my own money.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. A customer should not have to continuously beg for assistance after already providing proof that payment was made successfully.
I urgently request that Scorebet either:
* reflect the R500 into my account immediately, or * refund the money back into my bank account without further delays.
I expect this matter to be resolved urgently.
