On the 15/05/2026 my car was ****** called tracker to search it for me, they did recover the car and called me to identify it.. The tracker officer was speaking to the other colleague on call explaining how is the car with missing parts, then was given the option of tow truck and pay it tow my car to the yard.. I refused the truck and told them that I'll call one of my cars to tow it without them explaining to me that I have to take it to police pound. After take the car to my yard went to police station to open a case.. Police asked were is the car told them was recovered and took it to my yard with out being circulated by police Then on the 18/05/2026 called tracker assist they put me through financed department to make a claim as I have back on track insurance was sent a form to feel up and I did feel it up... Got the response later on that they want a circulation number which I dnt have because tracker officer never took my car to the police impound so I find them neglegent for not completing the whole tracking process now my claim is declined by the same company different department because I have to have that circulation number which Is too late to get it now... This is ********* business practice, they are tracking all my business vehicles and I have the tracker financial service with them which I pay every month... I called their investigating departments and spoke to a guy by the name of Devon who was completely rude and didn't even care forgetting that my premiums that I pay monthly contribute to his salary he didn't assist me and even hung up the phone...
