Much less than poor
Much less than poor. For days I have been trying to Remove a Director and the portal gets stuck and gives an error saying "Validation Failure: Unable to remove selected director! Please try again or contact support for further assistance." When I try to log a query, their portal lets you type the query all the way, only to bomb-out when you try to submit the query. It discards everything you've typed and when you try to return to the portal, it throws a page runtime error. Their portal only accepts pdf attachments not images (many people take screenshots for attachments). This has happed three times. It is so so frustrating - especially when it comes to such sensitive and urgent applications such as removing directors! It does not allow me to get to a stage whereby I am able to upload supporting documents and then do the final submission of the application. I wish they would rebuild this portal altogether - its not even user friendly. This is just completely wrong and I hope they are doing something about it
