Ridiculous company!!!

On 14 April 2026 I submitted my claim for my savings pot after resignation. Advised of the 21 day period and expected payment by 6 May 2026. Following up by email the 6th, my claim was still within tax stage. I mean, the time frame has passed??? I again, followed up by phone call a week later and STILL - in tax stage and payment will be expected by Monday 18 May. I still have not received any payment. I will be moving my invested pot to a company that adheres to their time frames and provides much better contact than Sygnia ever has. It's 19 May - and still no payment.
