Frustrated Customer

Today it's a 6th day without any service, iM tired of reporting the same issue without any assistance. They sent a technician out only for.them not to fix my service and wanted to close the ticket. I'm very disappointed and frustrated with Zoom Fibre. Call center is my worse nightmare
