I was in a bit of a quandry as I did not understand a lot of the communication from my bank, making me feel like things are going pear shaped. I had to convey my 'disappointment' to Fareed...😂🤣. Quietly in the background, everything got sorted and I want to thank him for the call today. I feel much calmer and and appreciate what Debtco has done for me.
