No product, no refund, no communication
Whatever happens don’t buy your laptop from here. If you really really want an asus go to incredible connections or any other reseller. I promise these bad reviews don’t even cover half of it. I saved up and paid in full for a laptop over 20k and 10 days later I have no laptop and no refund. Even worse they aren’t saying anything about it they just keep asking for a POP I sent so many times already. I don’t know if or when I’ll see my money. I started a new job and neeeed a laptop asap but I can’t even buy another because they have the money. It’s so disappointing because I was looking forward to it and my job is now in jeopardy. This type of communication with the amount of money is so terrible. 😞
