Bad service

Eagle liner city express . This is the worst bus service ever . Arrived at Bosman at 5 bust was suppose to leave at 06h15 and it left 16h30. It took us to Park Station there we waited an hour. Left Park Station to a depot in Mayfair. We got offloaded to a small old bus with gear box problems. Then we got to the 1st Toll Gate, e tag didn't have money and the driver didn't have money to pay the toll gate. We arr going to Melmoth in the KZN from Pretoria. The driver is using our phones to call the company. It's been over an hour still stuck at the Toll Gate. NEVER EVER BOOK OR RECOMMEND INTERCITY EXPRESS bus services.
