Cash Crusaders Centurion Unreliable!

Got offered R5800 for a pc on their whatsapp. Went to the Centurion store, waited over an hour for them to help 3 cliente before me. Once i got there they said most they can offer is R1700! The exact pc they said R5800 for! I understand if price differs a bit. But not that much!
