Struggling with connection for more than 4 hours (as someone who relies on the wifi for work), contacting the service agents multiple times with no help no clarity, it was the worst. Called Dewald at KCS, in less than 30 min the wifi is on and running smooth like butter. Thank you Dewald at KCS, your help was most appreciated, I would really recommend reviewing the staff and reconsidering the employment of said staff, only after contacting Dewald, did we actually receive feedback and assistance from KCS office and KCS staff. Thank you Dewald once again. Wifi is restored and your help was most appreciated, would reccomend KCS to anyone and everyone if all service and callcentre agents were as helpful as you.
