Misleading booking & decor policy – poor service for a 60th birthday We booked this venue for a 60th birthday party and were told during the booking process that we were allowed to bring in our own decor. On arrival, staff suddenly informed us that no decor was allowed and that we had to either remove everything or leave. When the manager arrived, they confirmed the same story and would not even allow us a compromise (like minimal, allowing the birthday girl to see the table ). This was extremely disappointing and disrespectful, especially after we had planned around being allowed to bring decorations. The venue essentially **** about the terms of our booking and made the event stressful instead of celebratory. We will not be recommending this place to anyone planning a special occasion.
