Please help us as we still have no fridge working and have not received any service from Defy or HIFI Corp
I purchased a Defy C300 model fridge, which comes with a two-year warranty plus an additional three years of extended warranty. However, Defy is now claiming that we have an outdated booklet and that the warranty is no longer valid. Furthermore, we are being sent back and forth between Hi-Fi Corp and Defy. After seven weeks, we still have not received any proper service from either company.2 replies
