Stronger and leaner at 43 than I was at 33
I expected age-appropriate modifications and got something much better — a program that actually challenges me. The combination of strength workouts and a nutrition plan designed around my goals made a difference I can see and feel. my energy is consistent through the day, and the joint-friendly progressions mean I'm not wrecked after every session.0 replies

I think a grade of 4 would be well-deserved
Everyone makes mistakes but at least they fix them quickly here. Ive withdrawn large sums a couple of times once the withdrawal got stuck for a couple of hours but that was an isolated incident otherwise everything usually goes through without any hassle. Its a decent bookmaker I hope they dont go downhill over time.1 reply
