Since the installation of your solar system, my electricity account has increased dramatically from approximately R3,500 per month to between R7,000 and R7,500 per month. Since the beginning, I have repeatedly contacted your company on a weekly basis regarding this issue. Each time, I have received the same standard response that “the system is fine” and that the problem is allegedly due to my usage. Despite my ongoing complaints, no technician was ever sent out to properly inspect the installation or investigate the matter. Due to the lack of assistance and accountability from your side, I was forced to appoint an independent contractor at my own cost to determine the source of the problem. The findings confirmed that the installation was incorrectly done It is extremely concerning that this issue was ignored for such a long period while I continued to suffer severe financial prejudice through inflated electricity bills. Furthermore, I have now also been advised that certain aspects of the wiring and installation pose a potential safety and fire risk. At this stage, I have completely lost confidence in both the workmanship and the equipment supp**** .
