HIIT programming that challenges a fit person without burning them out
I've been active for years and most HIIT apps feel too easy. The Harnafit sessions scale properly to higher fitness levels and the interval structure is genuinely well-designed. My cardio fitness improved measurably in 6 weeks and the sessions pair well with the nutrition plan for fat loss.
