I am reporting KFC at KFC Khayelitsha Mall due to an unresolved refund issue and poor customer service. On 27 February 2026, I placed an online delivery order for 2 Crunch Burgers. After the delivery fee was added, the total amount came to R77.80. The order was later cancelled, and I was informed that the refund process would take approximately 72 hours. After not receiving the refund, I made a follow-up enquiry on 20 March 2026 regarding the matter. Despite this, I still did not receive any refund into my account. What makes this even more frustrating is that the KFC app reflects the order as “Refunded: 27 February 2026 at 16:28,” yet to this day I have never actually received the money back into my bank account. I have waited patiently for months and have still not received proper assistance, proof of payment, or any clear explanation from KFC regarding where the refund was allegedly processed. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I request urgent intervention and a proper investigation into this matter, as the funds never reflected on my side despite the app showing the order as refunded.
