I am not sure where I am going to get assistance because I called customer care, the guy I spoke to said they will look into it but there is no record or reference or anything to show that my query was logged. We have been charged R2 278,33 just for water and worse we barely have hot water in this unit. How can 3 people use this much water in a space of one month. I need someone to assist me because I cannot pay R8000 just for rent, how am I going to survive for the rest of the month? Please escalate this matter for me. Unit no 823 Jeppe Post Office.
