1 of the worst online customer experience. I bought a wardrobe online and when i went to collect i wasn't happy with the quality so i opted for another 1 that was 100 extra. I sent an email of what i wanted and proof of payment for the 100 so that they can process as they instructed me. They've quiet on me ever since, i send emails with no replies from them and when i went to the physical shop they communicated with this lady who apparently is doing online and her response was that i have a collect in store message in which i do not have but she kept on insisting until i left up until now. Tried calling but still difficult to get through, i finally got someone who promised they will look into it and get back to me. Mind you this is from 2 months ago and I've asked them on the email if its that difficult to get the stuff, can i atleast get a refund. 1st time buying from them but very much dissapointed with their customer service
