Don’t buy Cast Iron Pots

I ordered black cast iron pots. On the first use the got scratches and I reported that and they asked me what did I use I told them a sponge and took a picture. By in mind the pots are 2weeks old and 1st time using them. They had said they will forward my complaint to their supplier I said okay. Weeks passes by and they not getting back to me. They busy posting and advertising life goes on. Yesterday I sent them a text saying so you guys won’t respond to me. Someone rep**** and said just return them our shop is in Killarney so told them I am not mobile and this is not my fault. They just keep quiet. What am saying is don’t buy anything from them save yourself buying things that are not good quality..
