Don’t buy Cast Iron Pots
I ordered black cast iron pots. On the first use the got scratches and I reported that and they asked me what did I use I told them a sponge and took a picture. By in mind the pots are 2weeks old and 1st time using them. They had said they will forward my complaint to their supplier I said okay. Weeks passes by and they not getting back to me. They busy posting and advertising life goes on. Yesterday I sent them a text saying so you guys won’t respond to me. Someone rep**** and said just return them our shop is in Killarney so told them I am not mobile and this is not my fault. They just keep quiet. What am saying is don’t buy anything from them save yourself buying things that are not good quality..

Who to believe?
I start to believe they a bunch of people making false promises or ****mers. Told me to collect item in store on Saturday. Couldnt make it so instead I ordered online, now they tell me the reason they haven't delivered yet is because tjey didn't have stock.

Incorrect delivery - NO RESPONSE
Incorrect items delivered . Contacted via email 3 times . No response . Phoned a lady called ZIDA ( not sure of spelling) explaining situation . She assured me I would receive a return call . Still no response. Previous order -1 glass short delivered . Then when the replacement package eventually arrived one of the glasses had shattered en route due to poor packaging at which point I gave up and did not complain. This indicates general carelessness over two orders .

Thanks you so much for my order. My order was received in a perfect condition and my client is just as glad. We bought x14 30L Urns . They were all neatly packaged and delivered on time . I will make more orders in future.
