I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Clicks. I placed an order on 7 May, and the items were never delivered. I reported the issue and was assisted by Adam Hendricks (Clicks Group Customer Service Consultant), however the assistance I received was not helpful and did not resolve my issue. To date: * My item has still not been delivered * I have not received any cashback/refund * There has been no meaningful feedback or resolution Despite following up multiple times, I am not getting any proper assistance, and it feels like this matter is being ignored. This level of service is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase refunds for items that were never delivered. I expect: 1. Immediate processing of my refund/cashback 2. Urgent resolution of this matter 3. Improved accountability from customer service If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter further. Very disappointing experience.
