It's never too late — and this app proved it
At 51 I thought serious fitness was behind me. A friend recommended Harnafit and I started mostly out of curiosity. What I found was a program that understood my body at this stage of life. The workouts are challenging without being punishing and the nutrition plan works around real food. sleeping better, and genuinely proud of where I am.0 replies
