I joined this timeshare when they were still under the The Holiday Lifestyle Club back in 2005. Today I cannot make a booking without having to pay in a difference and yet I have been paying for the last 5 to 6 Years without taking a holiday as there is never availability. No one calls to let you know that the organisation is closing and yet they will gladly accept your money. If you do not call you will not know what is going on. Customer service has become rotten where I literally just want to tell them to go F#$K themselves and keep my money because they just cannot help you. Now there is a Go Go Getaway partner that they are working through and taking your holidays that you have you will still need to pay in a difference to the holiday value. I can understand for peak season yes but you cannot tell me that I cannot get ONE unit with all the money I have paid for a simple off-peak weekend! What was once a 5 Star service business to this. No more words! It is things like this that make people not trust a timeshare option.

I have signed up Online but cancelled all courses due to the communication received and the fact that the one class said I was marked absent. so why was I debited when I cancelled and why do I have to call them to cancel when it was easy enough to sign up online. There is rather an automated voice prompt repeating a whole lot of information instead of cancelling the service. When you email them they do not give you feedback as needed. I have been debited for something I cancelled and wanted to cancel.
