I joined this timeshare when they were still under the The Holiday Lifestyle Club back in 2005. Today I cannot make a booking without having to pay in a difference and yet I have been paying for the last 5 to 6 Years without taking a holiday as there is never availability. No one calls to let you know that the organisation is closing and yet they will gladly accept your money. If you do not call you will not know what is going on. Customer service has become rotten where I literally just want to tell them to go F#$K themselves and keep my money because they just cannot help you. Now there is a Go Go Getaway partner that they are working through and taking your holidays that you have you will still need to pay in a difference to the holiday value. I can understand for peak season yes but you cannot tell me that I cannot get ONE unit with all the money I have paid for a simple off-peak weekend! What was once a 5 Star service business to this. No more words! It is things like this that make people not trust a timeshare option.

I joined Touch down holiday club in 2013 and opted for platinum package that entails 5x Mid week or weekend holiday breaks, and currently three or the 5 have been used up. At the present moment, my challenge is that they are now refusing to hourner the remaining 2x holiday breaks both Goodness and Natasha who are part of management are ignoring my calls yet all my premiums for 60 months have been paid in full. They are refusing to book for me telling me my membership has been canceled, whereas fully paid up.

I joined this Vacation Club its been 5years , I never took any holiday and they been debiting money on my Account ,when you call you get no answer and you cant even cancel the ****** debit order, please I need help:-(

Kindly note that since I join Zoltec I use it twice not more then that.meaning they benefit a lot and I lose,I don't benefit with this Zoltec.

The service is terrible , there's limited options available and the client services that should make bookings are very unhelpful. The consultants are rude and unresponsive , Even escalating to their manager does not help.

I made a booking on email with Goodness Tshabalala on the 14th January. I am still waiting for my booking confirmation. She does not reply to my emails and not one of the phone numbers are working. They all go to voicemail. So how the hell are you suppose to get hold of them. Since we joined them we had endless problems with bookings. Why are the phones not working??? Since last week. the cell nr still has a christmas message recorded. I don't understand it!!!!
