I've had a contract with Cell C for a year now and it's really disappointing to know that I have to continue paying for a damaged laptop being told that the warranty of the battery is finished. It's quiet clear that even the device itself if poor quality withing 3 months the rubbers underneath that grip the laptop had already fallen off. I'll never take out a contract ever again with Cell C. All they know is to make calls on getting people to take out contracts while they don't even try to retain customers with good service.
Last year in September I commenced my contract with Cell C, it was a laptop bundle deal. After a confirmation was sent I received a call from one of the employees claiming to be the supervisor and said he was finalizing my contract but sent an incorrect router. When I contacted him reporting that I received an incorrect router her said he would courier the correct one and make the exchange. When the courier arrived they only delivered the sim card and refused to collect the router. I had no clue that he actually opened another contract for me instead of fixing his mess and my money was deducted every month without my knowledge until I called again and spoke to a competent consultant who confirmed that 3 contracts were active under my name whereas I only gave authorization for 1 contract. I case was opened and proof was found that I only opened 1 contract and they requested my bank statement to refund my money and close the account in January but up until today I haven't received my refund and when I make a follow up I get told that the matter is still to be finalized by the fiance department but every month Cell C never fails to debit my account but failed to protect me from being de*****ed they their own employee.
In 2019 I opened two investment accounts for my children at First National Bank. For the duration of my investments no communication was sent regarding the maturity and reinvestment of the funds they did as they pleased without my knowledge. I was only made aware that the funds are made available every year on the 24th of February when I went to the bank in need of the funds for an emergency. I incurred bank charges for unlocking the money early whereas had the bank did what they were supposed to I wouldn't have been charged such a huge amount of bank charges. Had I been informed timeously surely I would have requested the money during its availability.
I joined Touch down holiday club in 2013 and opted for platinum package that entails 5x Mid week or weekend holiday breaks, and currently three or the 5 have been used up. At the present moment, my challenge is that they are now refusing to hourner the remaining 2x holiday breaks both Goodness and Natasha who are part of management are ignoring my calls yet all my premiums for 60 months have been paid in full. They are refusing to book for me telling me my membership has been canceled, whereas fully paid up.
I Gabanthate Moliki bought a Vehicle at Williams hunt Roodepoort dealership ,the worst ever. On the 25 Feb 2021 I bought one of the latest model: D- MAX 250 HO HI-RIDE A/TD /CP/U. Within a period of four months we experienced four defaults, namely: locking device, aircon button, side back door window rubber had numbs and heater knobs. The dealer principal by the name of Mark Derbyshire was very hostile and arrogant when it come to replacement of the faulty components as well as compensation of the fuel since I had to drive from Randfontein to Wilropark more than once. The vehicle had signs of not being brand new because on our purchase agreement the rubberizing was not included and yet was installed on the van thus also exposing the nuts to used for the installation of the roll bar. The expiring date of licence disc shows 31st Jan 2022 instead of 31st Feb 2022 or later. Personally I feel that the vehicle is not brand new based on the problems encountered with four months of purchase.
Isuzu Williams hunt Wilro Park Roodepoort dealership is the worst when comes to customer service. In February 2021 I bought one of the latest model 2021 Isuzu D-Max 250 HO Hi-Ride A/T D/CP/U that they claimed to be brand new. I have experienced so many defaults including an arrogant dealer principal. In a period of four months the Van had to be taken back for the fixing of four faulty components, namely: locking device, aircon button, side back door window rubber and heater knobs. I am so disappointed with the manufacturer and the dealer principal by the name of Mark Derbyshire who doesn't want to accept the problems experienced on the van. The repairs were only done after exchanging of words with him and had to drive more than once this giving a hustle when it comes to compensating me the fuel used for travelling unnecessarily, because the faults emanated from their side. Personally I feel that the van was not new as the rubberizing was not part of the agreement and yet it was already installed when picked up, even the nuts for the roll bar were exposed that shows it was once installed. The licence disc shows that it is going to expire on the 31st of Jan 2022 and yet the purchasing agreement was only the 25th Feb 2021. I was expecting the disc expiring date to be 31st Feb 2022 or later.
<p>I took out a contract with Telkom mobile in 2014 and I have never been happy. I get 10 GB all networks data and 5GB night surfer to my surprise the 10 GB doesn't even last the whole month it only lasts two weeks. I went to the branch and was told that my children connect with their devices which is not true because I made a personalised password which they don't know. I am the only person that has access to the router. For the past three months my data lasts until the 16th. I took out this contract for work purposes but I find myself spending even more for data but I was promised that this contract would save me money because I receive more for less. We bought Two double Garage doors, one single garage door, two front doors at Kingdom door.<br> Complaints<br> 1. one of the front door is poorly designed, because when it is raining the water goes inside the house and this is caused by the frame that is poorly manufactured and wrongly designed.<br> 2. A Panel on one of the double garage door has dents and the matter was reported to management but they refuse to replace the Panel.<br> 3.Wiring of the wall switch is been left hanging, instead of been supported neatly inside the house, and one of the wall switched is not working.<br> 4. the backup battery is not working, <br> 5 Cans of lubricators are not doing the job of lubricating the door, they feel like almost empty, and yet when we bought them they said they are full.<br> 6. Their installation contractors they are not professional and not registered with SARS and DTI and yet we paid R1900 per door and R2400 per double garage door total installation fee paid R5700 plus R4800= R10500 for below standard Job
My Name is Emily Moliki <br> I have a concern regarding Miway insurance company, Since i joined them, i have never received quality service.<br> in so many instances i have queries, i will be taken from one pillar to post, in May 2015 i was involved in an accident, i was told to pay access fee that will claim back and be refunded, up until today nothing happened, what a bad an poor service. Now what is worse is they have debited my money unlawfully, on the 14 Nov 2015 R1964.55 was debited, on the 30 Nov 2015 R482.10 was debited again now on the 15 Dec 2015 R1964.45 was debited. On the 16 Nov 2015 I called miway to Enquire and i was told that they cannot see the money debited on their side i immediately cancel the Policy with them because they are tempering with my Bank Account without my permission. Even today 17 Dec 2015 i called they still denying that the debit that was done on the 15 Dec 2015 it is not showing, it is only the R482.10. I have reversed all the above mentioned money and miway must pay the bank charges. I have sms notification as a proof. This is a total Fraud.<br>
