Inflated prices and bad customer service
These guys are inflating thier prices on replacement remotes and worst of all they are charging double us on the price for call out fee, the cheery on top is that idiot called Aubrey, the guy wanted to charge extra over the phone and is really useless. I wouldn't recommend this brand as they are too focused on money instead of keeping customers happy.

These guys are inflating thier prices on replacement remotes and worst of all they are charging double us on the price for call out fee, the cheery on top is that idiot called Aubrey, the guy wanted to charge extra over the phone and is really useless. I wouldn't recommend this brand as they are too focused on money instead of keeping customers happy.

Steel doors falling apart
I had previously complained about Kingdom Doors' services; you pay a lot of money for doors to be installed, but then you have to pay extra for other construction services. I was really disappointed by this since it seemed like a ripoff because the installers don't do much but charge a lot. After more than three years, what were meant to be considered steel security doors are crumbling apart, and they look weak?

Aubrey refuses me to speak to the manager
I'm very angry at kingdom, there's a guy that always answers the fone Aubrey, that is nonchalant about everything, he just doesn't help, at some point he even hung up the phone, he refuses to give the phone to the manager, my mom reffered me after spending so much money there, but we realized that they were installed terribly and now we've been waiting for weeks for them to come fix it, but Aubrey refuses to let us speak to the manager of the business, instead they took us to a small room and insisted that Yagen is the manager, Ive told everyone about the horrible service and I'm now buying at Door King because they have the exact doors some are even cheaper, Aubrey is going to run the business to the ground, because he is still answering the phone and still refuses us to speak to Mohammed

Horrible customer service
Terrible customer services. My mom bought the incorrect material for our garage doors. She went back to try and get a refund but they said refused because we used one of the cables, granted. She asked them to refund her on the other materials that were unused, they refused and said she should maybe put a deposit down for newer model garage doors. She said sure, but she doesn’t have the money to pay the full price now, maybe in December. They refused! They brought a suggestion, mom was willing to take the suggestion and now they refuse? Now she is sitting here with NEW and UNUSED MATERIAL for nothing????

The Worst Experience that has come with an expensive price tag.
This Company must and has the most beautiful doors to their credit however after having paid for them to deliver and install the doors they failed to disclose items that will be needed for the installation and the doors broke down within the first month. After having went back and bought the hinges they charged additional amounts for coming to install that if that wasn’t enough the foam inside these doors just can’t handle being pulled up and down for long periods. The worst experience really wouldn’t recommend this ever
