Terrible customer services. My mom bought the incorrect material for our garage doors. She went back to try and get a refund but they said refused because we used one of the cables, granted. She asked them to refund her on the other materials that were unused, they refused and said she should maybe put a deposit down for newer model garage doors. She said sure, but she doesn’t have the money to pay the full price now, maybe in December. They refused! They brought a suggestion, mom was willing to take the suggestion and now they refuse? Now she is sitting here with NEW and UNUSED MATERIAL for nothing????

Oh sana your WiFi? Good… But your service????? Appalling!!!! I’ve tried calling two days in row without any success. I paid my account on the 30th of April, it shows on the system… a few days later you deactivate it and then charge me R800- something???
I have never been so frustrated in my entire life! They installed on Saturday and said I’d get a call in a few hours from maintenance… that didn’t happen Tuesday they delivered the router. I have been on the WhatsApp line everyday asking for progress on my ticket and the agents are so rude when responding back. I called on Wednesday and I was told the very same thing that maintenance guys will call me, I still haven’t received the call. I get an email to say my router is now active. I try to login, the network is not working. I work from home, how am I supposed to continue working if my internet is not working???? I honestly hoped for a better experience with you guys but I’m so disappointed and frustrated!
My WiFi has been down for 2 weeks straight!!! And I know the issue is not my home router because even my pocket router, which is Telkom network, is also not working. Such makes me consider using other network connections because how am I supposed to work from home with such horrible connection!!!!
Our alarm went off twice… at first we cancelled dispatch then it rang the second time and we asked them to come because perhaps there is something wrong. We waited for them until we decided to go back to sleep. Imagine if something really was happening? Worst service ever!
