These guys are inflating thier prices on replacement remotes and worst of all they are charging double us on the price for call out fee, the cheery on top is that idiot called Aubrey, the guy wanted to charge extra over the phone and is really useless. I wouldn't recommend this brand as they are too focused on money instead of keeping customers happy.
I fail to understand how fnb can appoint such a company and expect to get thier money back. Firstly they are not available on calls but Quick to send out sms regarding payment and what's worse is that account have been settled yet we get sms treatments. I'm heading the to NCR for a more complaint, this is bull****.
I bought a sneaker online and want to exchange for one size up but process has been horrible only received a call from courier service once and never again. For such a big brand it's honestly disappointing to have been receiving such bad service

It's been a month and couple of weeks since I've paid up my account with the company and I haven't received my paid up letter. I've been calling every week and no letter has been sent.
I logged my claim on the 20th of February and these assessors have not given an update till today and it's 3 months now, we have cars and loans but they don't care about that. Why must we struggle for money that belongs to us thou? 3 ****n months without feedback.
My experience with them was poor from the day I took the contract and their agents mixed up my order then I had two separate deliveries of the same products I chose. Now I am sitting on huge bill that I can't even get clarity on.
I can't get a hold of them and they don't send statements. For all I know I could be paying extra.
