I have received the worst possible service with clicks online shopping, the consultants rude , no sense of urgency . I paid for an item over a week go and the item was not delivered . No one can account to the where abouts of the item . No one cares , all I received was an email stating that they have processed a refund and it will reflect within 5 days after I called them more that 10 times . Do not use clicks online , it is very disappointing .
1. Item I bought online and the item was not included on with the other items upon collection ( I already paid for the Item online (order No: o304025064 ) 2.I bought 2 girls jackets on sale as a present , and when I went to return them by the store , they did not want to credit my account . The jackets have not been worn , still new and unfortunately they are small . Since they were a gift the person returned them back to me late advising that she was away and there was no way for them to be given back to me. How do I keep small things that I have spent so much money on? All I'm asking is for the items to be credited back or provide a voucher so she can buy suitable things for girls . I bought the goods on my account and there is a record on the system '.I have been a loyal customer for Truworths for years now and these 2 issues are very concerning to me
You can even all them , I bought an item on line , I have been emailing them for days to try to return the item which does not work . You can even call them , they are ridiculous , the response I received after days of emailing didn't even make sense. Terrible service , they are ****mers . I'm still trying to get them to collect this item and Im not receiving and customer support.
Telkom is the worst service provider, I have tried a couple of times to contact their call center. The Agents have no idea not even a clue on how to resolve queries. They can't even answer simple questions. The service is terrible, to say the least. You wait forever on the line only to be told they cant assist. Why do they even have a working call center?
Bought goods online on 16/06/2022 still have not received my goods from the seller . Bidorbuy must refund me my money since their online partners are not trust worthy.
terrible service, I order and paid for the items on the 17/06/2022 via bidorbuy . I still have not received my goods . They never answer their calls and always go to voice mall. still trying to get my refund from bidorbuy
Worst service received from this company,I ordered and paid online.my order was cancelled after a couple of days without even advising me.I had to check online only to see it has been cancelled.only received a response that the stock is out of order.
This is the worst insurance company.i was with them for over 10 year and when I needed to claim I got the worse service.
The service is terrible , there's limited options available and the client services that should make bookings are very unhelpful. The consultants are rude and unresponsive , Even escalating to their manager does not help.
We haven't had network for the passed 2 days, there's not even a call center to contact. Their service sucks
