WORST RENTAL AGENTS EVER

Coler Wealth Realty is the worst Realty office in Pretoria, they are out to take your money and refused to comply to any contract rules from their side. I signed a lease with them for a unit in Mooikloof Estate for 18 months. Had to pay 2months rent as deposit. 11 of the 18 I had to live in a 2 bedroom apartment of witch I could only use one bedroom as the second bedroom got water damage only a month after moving in. They refused to fixed the wall for 11 months!!! After fighting with Ellie for 9 months I asked if I can rather just give up the contract, I couldn't live like this. She laughed it off and threatened to take my deposit if I don't live out my contract. So eventually after fighting for 11 MONTHS it was fixed. On the 27th of January Coler's agent, Mia, contacted me to ask if it would be possible to vacate the unit a month earlier as they have a new tenant that would like to move in on the 1st of Feb. I arranged everything to move on the 30th January, handed the keys over for final inspection the same day. On the 31st of January I was informed that the final inspection was done. Photos were taken as proof and all is in order. The keys were handed to the new tenants on the 31st of January. On the 8th of February I get an email asking for the invoice for the carpet cleaning... Now they refuse to pay back my deposit because I can't provide a invoice for carpet cleaning! They are actually, after forcing me to pay for a place I couldn't use for 11 out of the 18 months, really trying to steel my 2 months deposit too. I am very disappointed and won't recommend anyone to make use of these people.
