I just received a message from Medistat stating that I owe a Dr T Mulanga, the message states that the account is over 120 days and I will be handed over for blacklisting.<br> My son was in hospital and every party got paid except this Dr, I really don't know how. She said she will fix it but she still was not addressing my unpleasantness with their system.<br> I am very upset as this would jeopardise my credit record and no one bothered to call, email or send me a letter.<br> The Safeera lady I spoke to you refused to give me her surname was condescending to say the least, her attitude was not that of concern to my issue, she kept on dismissing me when I stated that I was not happy with this communication and she kept saying its automated, this is not my problem as this comes from them, they should always ensure that the correct message goes out or nothing at all.<br> This is terrible service, and I will not come there if this is the service I receive afterwards. I highly doubt that I would recommend anyone to this hospital if people can do what they want with your credit record. This shows low levels of customer service. I would like an apology from this lady or the department.
