I have been using APS for some 6 years now and have never had any issue with them. There service has been very professional and on time. I left my vehicle with them from the 2nd Jan to the 7th Jan 2024 and was met with the same professional service. We picked up the vehicle in the early evening and therefore did not notice anything wrong. When we arrived home I noticed a slight dent in my bonnet under the garage lights. I took photos and sent them to APS the very next morning. After sending the photos I was in contact with Alfred (ops Manager). What an absolute pleasure, he dealt with the issue straight away and asked me to get some quotes. Luckily the damage was quite small and therefor it was not necessary to involve insurance for which he offered to pay the Excess if required. I had the vehicle repaired and sent Alfred the invoice. The money was transferred directly back to me. I would therefore recommend APS, Alfred and his team for your peace of mind airport valet parking service.
Not even worth one Star. Absolute Circus - ordered wine on the 27th May - and after many phone calls they can not trace the order as their system is a mess. I have finally cancelled the order today the 22nd June - and await a full refund of R5k - lets see how long this takes.
